Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, material science, applied chemistry or related fields.
- Work experience: More than 1 year of laboratory work experience, with background in chemical engineering, materials or biology preferred.
- Professional skills:
1. Proficient in commonly used experimental techniques and analytical methods, and skilled in operating laboratory equipment.
2. Experience in data analysis and lab report writing.
3. Understand laboratory safety regulations and equipment maintenance requirements.
- Others: Strong problem-solving and project management skills, able to work efficiently under pressure and have a team spirit.

Job Responsibilities
- Experimental operation: Lead technical experiments, independently operate laboratory equipment, and ensure accurate experimental results.
- Data analysis: Analyze experimental data, write detailed experimental reports, and make suggestions for improvements.
- Equipment maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and management of laboratory equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
- Problem feedback: deal with complex problems in the experiment, analyze and solve problems, and optimize the experimental process.

Future Development
- Develop into a technical laboratory supervisor, fully responsible for laboratory technical management and implementation of experimental projects, and promote technological innovation and improvement.
