Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, material science, applied chemistry or related fields.
- Work experience: More than 1 year of experience in quality inspection or analysis, with a background in chemical or manufacturing preferred.
- Professional skills:
1. Commonly used analytical methods (such as HPLC, GC, spectral analysis, etc.).
2. Proficient in operating laboratory equipment and have experience in equipment maintenance and calibration.
3. Excellent data analysis and report writing skills.
- Others: Good problem solving and project management skills, able to communicate effectively and work in a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Sample Analysis: Lead the quality testing and analysis of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Data recording: Accurately record experimental data, analyze test results, and write detailed analysis reports.
- Equipment maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure stable operation of equipment.
- Process optimization: Analyze the existing quality inspection process, propose improvement measures, and optimize work efficiency and quality management.
